BLOG: WHITES BACKLASH AGAINST CRITICAL RACE THEORY WITH ANTI-TRUTH LAWS

Fear Of

Critical Race Theory

Has Caused State Legislatures To Pass

Anti-Truth Laws

That Outlaw Teaching Racial Subjects And Even Some Ethnic Studies Courses.

Eugene Stovall Oakland, California July, 2021

Idaho is the latest state government to pass anti-truth measures outlawing teaching critical race theory in schools, colleges and universities. The white backlash against critical race theory indicates the threat mere discussions about race pose to white supremacy. Just as white supremacy has passed laws to restrict immigration, suppress the vote, and curtail labor unions  in order to restrictions the constitutional guarantees, civil rights and other principles of American democracy enjoyed by non-white citizens, the anti-democratic forces that control state governments all over the county are outlawing critical race theory and, in some states, such as Arizona, are banning ethnic  studies, altogether.

Critical race theory is simply the use of deductive and inductive reasoning to understand how racism functions in America. In outlawing critical race theory Idaho joins Iowa, Louisiana, Missouri, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Utah, Arkansas Tennessee and Arizona. The white backlash against critical race theory and ethnic studies is so determined that, even in California, a bill passed by the California state legislature making completing an ethnic studies course a requirement for graduation from high school was vetoed by the Democratic governor. Throughout America, the truth, not only about race, but also about many other murky aspects of the American ‘deep state’ has become far too dangerous to be taught in the schools. William Casey used disinformation to protect Ronald Reagan from the consequences of his illegalities

“You want answers?
“I want the truth!”
“YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH!
Son, we live in a world that has walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with guns... Santiago’s death while tragic saved lives and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible saves lives.

Colonel Nathan Jessup [Jack Nicholson] to Lieutenant Daniel Kaffee [Tom Cruise] in 1992 film, A Few Good Men

Indeed, in all likelihood, most white folks do not realize how many thousands of white and non-white people have been sacrificed  in white supremacy’s pursuit of global domination of people, climate and planet. Fewer still believe Deus vult! Yet many support anti-truth laws that could deprive a teacher of job, credential and freedom for teaching about the 13th century Albigensian Crusade when the Vatican exterminated an entire race of white people, the French Cathars.

   New York Times 1619 Project

The New York Times 1619 Project has been credited for critical race theory. The project seeks to understand American history as a consequence of slavery and celebrate black people’s contributions to the American narrative. According to UCLA and Columbia law professor, Kimberlé Crenshaw, critical race theory contradicts the myths developed by the political, legal and law enforcement precedents responsible for restricting minority rights as a broad range of white-only economic and political privileges grew. Racism is so endemic in America that Kentucky Senator, Rand Paul, told the New York Times that America is not a democracy and American history does not support majority rule. Paul’s beliefs based on The fugitive slave law, the Chinese exclusion acts, the Indian Removal Act, the Black Codes, Executive Order 9066 and the Muslim ban, All of the anti-truth laws would pass any court challenge. Catholics occupy six of the nine Supreme Court seats, one of whom, Neil Gorsuch, was the founder and president of Georgetown’s Fascism Forever Club. The Catholic view of minorities can be judged by the current Pope’s canonization of Junipero Serra, who enslaved, tortured and murdered hundreds of thousands of Native Americans and Karol Wojtyla, aka Pope John Paul II, who developed and distributed Zyklon-B gas pellets to the Nazi death camps that exterminated millions of Jews. Catholics are taught to venerate and emulate their saints. But the Organization of American Historians says: “Critical race theory provides a lens through which we can examine and understand systemic racism and its many consequences. The history we teach must investigate the core conflict between a nation founded on radical notions of liberty, freedom and equality and a nation built on slavery, exploitation and exclusion.”

The Deep State, Disinformation And Critical Race Theory

“We’ll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false...”
William Casey, CIA Director to President Ronald Reagan

William Casey used disinformation to protect Ronald Reagan from the consequences of his illegalities, frauds and outright crimes. Even prior to entering the White House, Reagan committed treason by negotiating an arms for hostages deal with the Iranian government in return for Iran’s support in the 1980 presidential election. Once in office, Reagan continued breaking the law. He armed insurgents known as the contras to overthrow the Nicaraguan government, violating the Boland Amendment. Reagan smuggled cocaine into the US, selling crack cocaine in the inner cities and powder cocaine in the suburbs. Reagan’s drug operation sparked an explosion of drug use and gang violence all over the US. Once again white supremacy used their control of the law, in this case forfeiture laws, to appropriate billions in drug profits while incarcerating millions of black people. At the same time, Casey’s program of disinformation was so effective that Reagan lied to Congress with a wink and a nod. And even as the FBI, DEA and Congress ignored Reagan’s crimes, the media and academia praised him as one of America’ greatest presidents. Throughout history, disinformation has hidden many of the deep state’s murky activities.

The 1921 Tulsa race riot that burned and bombed the black community of Greenwood from existence covered up Warren Harding’s illegal transfer of the Navy’s oil reserves in Elk Hills and Teapot Dome to a cabal of oil companies led by Standard Oil, Sinclair Oil [now Mobile Oil] and Marathon Oil. During the massacre Sinclair Oil aircraft bombed black-owned buildings and machine-gunned black women and children as they tried to escape. Oil company managers called upon the governor of Oklahoma to use the National Guard to participate in the violence.

Historical myth teaches that the explosion of white racism after the Civil War was t an unintended consequence of reconstruction. However, reconstruction was intended to allow the same unreconstructed racists who fomented the civil war to lead the traitorous Southern states back into the federal government. Black codes, Jim Crow laws and the Supreme Court doctrine of ‘separate and equal’ were as much the objectives of reconstruction as was the assassination of Abraham Lincoln and the installation of Andrew Johnson into the White House. In January, 1865, General William Tecumseh Sherman signed Field Order 15, giving 400,000 acres of confiscated Confederate land to freed slaves. Sherman ordered Brigadier General Rufus Saxton to divide up the land and distribute up to 40 acres to individual Negro families. Yet Lincoln countermanded Field Order 15 and returned the land to the slave owners who were still in open rebellion against the United States government. Lincoln even drafted a reparations order to compensate slave owners for their loss due to the Emancipation Proclamation. In 1864, Abraham Lincoln ran for re-election on the pro-slavery National Union Party ticket, choosing Andrew Johnson, the pro-slavery Tennessee Democratic senator as his vice-presidential running mate. Lincoln not only signed his own death warrant, but he also turned the country over to those responsible for the deaths of 620,00 white men. As president, Andrew Johnson allowed the war profiteers to force white Americans to suffer through a long depression while establishing the legal and political precedents for oligarchical rule.

The 1978 Jonestown massacre as described in media accounts and academic treatises was a mass suicide of a thousand black people who Jim Jones ordered to drink cyanide-laced Kool-Aid. However, the Jonestown compound, located in South America, in Guyana, on the border of Venezuela, was under the jurisdiction of the Guyanese government located in its capital city of Georgetown. Before releasing the bodies of the dead Americans, the Guyanese government conducted an autopsy on each victim. In their official report, the Guyanese government found that, with the exception of three small children who died from lethal injections of cyanide, the cause of death in every case were fatal gunshot wounds. In addition, the Guyanese autopsies revealed that many of the victims had micro-chips installed in their arms, legs and brains. When the murder of Congressman Leo Ryan and the Jonestown massacre was first reported, the press claimed that four hundred and five of the known Jonestown residents were missing. According to the Guyanese government, those reported missing by the American press had been shot prior to Congressman Leo Ryan’s arrival at Jonestown. When the US Army arrived at the death camp, those responsible for the mass murders disappeared into the Guyanese jungle.

Anti-truth laws, enacted to prevent any discussion of these and other ‘deep state’ atrocities, keep history’s lies, myths and propaganda in place. In Part Two of the History Channel documentary on Ulysses Grant that aired on May, 2020, a black historian asserted that Abraham Lincoln sought re-election in 1864 on the Republican party ticket. Anti-truth laws are intended to facilitate government deception.

Teaching Lies Is Easier Without Books

Anti-truth laws will make teaching the facts about race in America difficult, but ultimately the books upon which critical race theory is based must be banned. Though asserting their racial superiority by teaching anti-Semitism in schools, colleges and universities, German Nazis re-enforced their anti-truth curricula by directing their students to burn books that contradicted Nazi ideology. On May 10th 1933, students burned 25,000 un-German books in Berlin’s State Opera square. In the following weeks, thousands of students marched in torch-lit parades to burn hundreds of thousands of un-German books. The Nazis followed the
Catholic Church’s policy of censorship. Their concordat with the Vatican not only helped the Nazis seize power, but also provided a blueprint for retaining power. From the earliest times, the Vatican used censorship to beliefs. In 1633, the Vatican imprisoned Galileo for life to prevent his revealing his heliocentric theory of the universe. The Vatican’s Index continues to censor such authors as Sartre, Montaigne, Voltaire, Diderot, Victor Hugo and Rousseau.

On July 12th  1562, while enjoying the piteous screams and breathing the pungent odors of t roasting flesh as his soldiers tortured and burned Mayans at the stake, the Catholic bishop and inquisitor, Diego de Landa Calderón, was informed of a cache of books that the Mayans had hidden away. Bishop de Landa ordered the cache of sacred books, as well as the 5000 statues of sacred Mayan images discovered with the books, burned. Later Bishop de Landa reported that “We found a large number of books in these characters and, as they contained nothing in which were not to be seen as superstition and lies of the devil, we burned them all, which the Maya regretted to an amazing degree, and which caused them much affliction.”

America’s list of banning books includes: F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Great Gatsby, J.D. Salinger’s Catcher In The Rye, John Steinbeck’s The Grapes Of Wrath, Harper Lee’s To Kill A Mockingbird and Kurt Vonnegut’s Slaughterhouse Five. However, while ethnic studies and critical race theory books will be soon be censored, books like Machiavelli’s Prince, fascism’s handbook, remain on the required reading list. Other anti-truth books include:

Gunnar Myrdal An American Dilemma

In 1944, the Carnegie Foundation published Gunnar Myrdal’s study on reducing the Negro population in America. Myrdal’s analysis, An American Dilemma: The Negro Problem And American Democracy, received universal acclaim. Even Negro leaders, including Michelle Alexander in her best seller, The New Jim Crow, Myrdal’s study, accepted Myrdal’s study as a humanitarian step in race relations. Myrdal rejected lynchings and race riots in favor of other less violent and more efficient methods of reducing America’s Negro population. Myrdal’s approach depended on whites choosing and controlling Nero leaders. Using Myrdal’s recommendations, whites have not only been whittling down the Negro population since WWII, but they have also been able to guide the direction of the Negro protest movement.

If we forget about the means for the moment and consider only the quantitative goal for Negro population policy, there is no doubt that the overwhelming majority of white Americans desire that there be as few Negroes as possible in America. If Negroes could be eliminated from America or greatly decreased in numbers, this would meet the whites’ approval ___ provided that it could be accomplished by means which are also approved. Correspondingly, an increase of the population is commonly looked upon as undesirable. These opinions are seldom expressed publicly. Commonly it is considered a great misfortune for America that Negro slaves were ever imported. The presence of Negroes in America today is usually considered as a “plight” of the nation and particularly of the South. ... Usually it is pointed out that Negroes fare better and meet less prejudice where they are fewer in numbers … With the increase in “race pride” and “race consciousness,” which is a consequence of the rising tide of the Negro protest, almost every Negro who is brought to think about the problem wants the Negro population to be as large as possible…. DuBois, however, criticizes those Negroes who are quite led away by the fallacy of numbers.  [This is why whites control Negro leaders is so necessary.] pp 167 – 169.

Winthrop Jordan White Over Black

In his 1968 book, White Over Black: American Attitudes Towards The Negro, Winthrop Jordan, a history professor at Berkeley’s University of California uses historical precedent to justify white prerogatives over black people:

The dilemma was apparent. Virginia's distress was then America's writ large. The white American wanted, indeed had, to remain faithful to himself and to his great experiment. In doing so he was caught between the necessity, on the one hand, of maintaining his identity as the fruit of England's and Europe's loins and as the good seed of civilization planted in the wilderness, and on the other, the necessity of remaining faithful to his own image as the world's exemplar of liberty and equalitarianism, as the best hope of the civilization which he cherished.  Within every white American who stood confronted by the Negro, there had arisen a perpetual duel between his higher and lower natures. His cultural conscience--his Christianity, his humanitarianism, his ideology of liberty and equality--demanded that he regard and treat the Negro as his brother and his countryman, as his equal. At the same moment, however, many of his most profound urges, especially his yearning to maintain the identity of his folk, his passion for domination, his sheer avarice, and his sexual desire, impelled him toward conceiving and treating the Negro as inferior to himself, as an American leper.

Richard Herrenstein & Charles Murray The Bell Curve

The 1994 book, The Bell Curve: Intelligence and Class Structure In American Life, provided the ideal foil against the affirmative action, school busing and equal opportunity programs. The Bell Curve claims to prove, scientifically, that black people, as well as Hispanics, are intellectually inferior to whites as well as Asians. The authors conclude whites are, therefore, justified in creating racist institutions, depriving minorities of their civil rights and exerting economic sanctions because of ‘intellectual inferiority.’ In addition, the inferiority of black and Hispanic people to white and Asian people accounts for the economic disparities and social stigmas that separate the races. Herrenstein and Murray base their conclusions on the scores from skills based and culturally biased IQ-tests, Herrenstein and Murray endorse policies that extend the privileges of American citizenship to those minorities who attain a certain intellectual level. At the same time. members of the white race can be function at the idiot level without losing their civil rights and privileges of citizenship.

Anti-Truth Laws Re-enforce Racism

Outlawing critical race theory with anti-truth laws purposely re-enforce racism as an American public policy. Whites use the law to support their power, privilege and prerogatives while calling upon the government’s police powers to outlaw any threats to the status quo.
